In Dehradun and other places, same-day delivery is offered between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Midnight delivery is offered until 2 p.m., and same-day delivery is accessible until 3 p.m. Orders must be placed two days in advance for remote locations. Children under the age of 18 may only use the website with parental supervision, and the company only sells things to people who are at least 18 years old. Cash payments are accepted in the city of Dehradun, although there can be extra fees for outlying areas. For orders that have already been shipped, a refund policy is available, and a cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Refund request and claim
If your order was unsatisfactory, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Kindly send a digital picture of the delivered product if you need a refund.
The management of our company will be the chief authority regarding refunds. Its decision will be final and binding on all such orders.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will either replace it with another product of equal value or provide you with a full refund. The only condition is that the complaint about the substandard quality should be authentic and not fabricated. Our personnel will ensure the authenticity of your statement.
Cancellation of an Order
We shall make a cancellation of the order with the mail subject "cancellation request" and send it to order@jasmineflowers.in. The mail shall contain
4 days before the date of delivery. And no cancellation of the order for international delivery is possible.
